Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. In 2009 she won several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. The way she achieves this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
